In The Mourn- A man enters his home, to find it has been ransacked and his wife has been taken. Slow motion, black and white shots follow him as he searches the home for clues to her whereabouts.......sadness overtakes him, and yet some hope still lingers that he will be reunited with his love.....
- Within a Dream
- This two movement choral piece was inspired by dreams. Performed by select members of the Texas State University Chorale, under the direction of Dr. Joey Martin.
- Dark Dreams
- This second movement is more linear than the first. More abstract, to fit the poem to which it is set.
- Danse de deux Esprits
This dance of two minds is a piece showing a tussle between two musical styles, a dramatic orchestral approach communicating back and forth with an exotic texture. In the conclusion, these two characters unite and dance together.
Composed and orchestrated in Cubase, using East West Quantum Leap Symphony Gold and East West Goliath.
